    "description": "<p>Beyond20 is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing training and consulting practice. This position will report to the Chief Architect but will work with a significant degree of autonomy, exercising discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>While this role is not primarily a development role, the qualified candidate will have extensive </span><span>consulting </span><span>experience configuring and deploying </span><span>at least three </span><span>or more modules within the ServiceNow platform. </span><span>In addition to current certifications in </span><span>CSA</span><span> and </span><span>CAD</span><span>, three </span><span>additional</span><span> current ServiceNow product line certifications are </span><span>required.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The position is remote, but may require some travel (&lt;25%).</p>\n<p><br><span>The ServiceNow Architect will </span><span>interface</span><span> with customers to elicit requirements, translate into user stories, create design documentation</span><span>, and lead the</span><span> development team </span><span>in </span><span>building</span><span> the customer requirements into fully functional solutions.
