    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position summary:</strong>&nbsp; Inspect, repair, and maintain loading dock equipment and loading dock systems at customers&rsquo; facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position is also responsible for the installation of dock levelers, truck restraints, and other related dock equipment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>General Purpose:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; To support our company mission to keep our customers&rsquo; equipment running with the least amount of downtime possible.</p><p><strong>Role qualifications:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must maintain excellent rapport with customers.</li><li>Must stay current with technical knowledge on products we support.</li><li>Must ensure we use &ldquo;safety&rdquo; in all activities encountered throughout the day.</li><li>Must be willing to work overtime as needed to satisfy customer, to include off-hours emergency calls.</li></ul><p><strong>Position responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Inspect, maintain and repair loading docks, dock levelers, dock seals, truck shelters, and overhead doors.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, air, and electrical issues.</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on dock equipment.</li><li>Respond to emergency repair calls as needed.</li><li>Attend service training classes offered to maintain knowledge on new products, or for refreshers on products not encountered too often.</li><li>Complete all service jobs that are assigned to you.</li><li>Complete and submit all paperwork daily for jobs worked on (timecards, maintenance reports with customers&rsquo; signature). Paperwork must be completed at job site before leaving for the next job or going home.</li><li>Maintain accurate service and inspection records.</li><li>Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams.</li><li>Communicate with dispatcher and/or service office as to status of jobs and availability for new jobs.</li><li>Maintain an organized service van.</li></ul>\n",
