          "text": "<p><strong>Job Title: Mechanical Assembler</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Minden, NV</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 12 Months </strong></p><p><strong>Pay Rate: $18/hr to $20/hr on W2(Inclusive all)</strong></p><p><strong>Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM</strong></p><p><br>\n<strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Assembler – Mechanical is responsible for assembling mechanical components, performing functional testing, and preparing finished products for shipment while adhering to engineering and quality standards.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assemble components based on bill-of-material (BOM) requirements</li><li>Perform functional and test assembly of mechanical equipment</li><li>Operate and calibrate testing and assembly tools</li><li>Ensure compliance with engineering standards and procedures</li><li>Prepare completed assemblies for shipment</li><li>Maintain accuracy and quality in all assembly tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>1+ year of mechanical/assembly experience</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li><li>Ability to follow instructions accurately</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred / Desired Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>SAP / SAP DM / Baker Hughes systems</strong></li><li>Background in <strong>Oil &amp; Gas, Electrical, or Sensor industries</strong></li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Standing for the entire shift</li><li>No major safety risks identified</li><li>Not working at a customer site</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
