leadership for one of our strategic customer business units, driving cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Design.</p><p data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1766\">This role serves as the operational bridge between customer commitments and manufacturing capabilities, ensuring successful execution while developing processes, data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2161\">Lead operational execution for a Key Account business unit by partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Design.</li><li data-section-id=\"fbufuo\" data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2311\">Drive production planning, demand forecasting, inventory readiness, capacity planning, and operational priorities to support customer requirements.</li><li data-section-id=\"1t235w0\" data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2498\">Partner with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Account Management to proactively identify operational risks, resolve production issues, and improve product quality and performance.</li><li data-section-id=\"mf108x\" data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2642\">Develop, analyze, and communicate operational metrics, dashboards, forecasts, and executive reports that support data-driven decision making.</li><li data-section-id=\"1wh10g3\" data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2792\">Lead operational reviews evaluating inventory, capacity utilization, forecast accuracy, customer service metrics, and overall business performance.</li><li data-section-id=\"ocmuxr\" data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2923\">Partner with Finance to support costing analysis, pricing reviews, profitability reporting, budgeting, and operational planning.</li><li data-section-id=\"12lhzph\" data-start=\"2924\" data-end=\"3109\">Serve as the business owner for operational systems including Epicor, Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools while partnering with IT on enhancements and system improvements.</li><li data-section-id=\"rrhl8\" data-start=\"3110\" data-end=\"3242\">Develop standardized operating procedures, workflows, and reporting processes that improve consistency and operational efficiency.</li><li data-section-id=\"lv67i3\" data-start=\"3243\" data-end=\"3357\">Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.</li><li data-section-id=\"1r90j3k\" data-start=\"3358\" data-end=\"3501\">Support new product introductions by coordinating operational readiness across Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality.</li><li data-section-id=\"1n25dqo\" data-start=\"3502\" data-end=\"3638\">Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager and Design Succeed</h2><ul data-start=\"3679\" data-end=\"4605\"><li data-section-id=\"bcnrq2\" data-start=\"3679\" data-end=\"3811\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.</li><li data-section-id=\"1almo59\" data-start=\"3812\" data-end=\"3968\">Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Program Operations.</li><li data-section-id=\"lagno7\" data-start=\"3969\" data-end=\"4066\">Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements.</li><li data-section-id=\"rnk3es\" data-start=\"4067\" data-end=\"4191\">Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, forecasting, inventory management, and quality systems.</li><li data-section-id=\"xbajx\" data-start=\"4192\" data-end=\"4301\">Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and business reporting tools.</li><li data-section-id=\"1d9pbyq\" data-start=\"4302\" data-end=\"4377\">Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APICS, or similar certification is a plus.</li><li data-section-id=\"1slyrls\" data-start=\"4378\" data-end=\"4455\">Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li data-section-id=\"1hedsqw\"
