    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>MBP is looking for Claims Analyst/Lead Claims Analyst/Senior Claims Analyst * in Tampa, FL, Raleigh, NC, or Washington DC areas, with significant experience developing and/or providing review and analysis of construction claims, specifically related to delay, productivity, and cost impacts. Highly proficient in Oracle P6 and experienced with one or more of the following: Microsoft Project, Phoenix Project Manager, or similar. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Main Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs review and analysis of construction claims.</li>\n <li>Assists with development of contractor claims.</li>\n <li>Develops and/or review time extension requests.</li>\n <li>Assist with development of expert reports and exhibits.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> <strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant experience which equates to this degree.</li>\n <li>P.E. license, Certified Construction Manager, Planning and Scheduling Profession, or similar, certification preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience developing and/or providing review and analysis of construction claims, specifically related to delay, productivity, and cost impacts.</li>\n <li>Experience drafting expert reports and deliverables.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Oracle P6 required and experienced with Microsoft Project desired.</li>\n <li>Additional experience in one or more of the following desired: construction management, cost estimating, value engineering, risk management, constructibility review, and/or contract administration.</li>\n <li>Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in reading/understanding construction plans and specifications.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li>\n <li>Experience providing training, supervision, proposal development, and business development desired.</li>\n <li>Occasional overnight travel may be required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>STATUS:</strong></p>\n<p>Full-time </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation with opportunities for semi-annual bonuses</li>\n <li>Generous Paid Time Off and holiday schedules</li>\n <li>100% Employer paid medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability benefits (for individual)</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account with company contribution</li>\n <li>401(k)/Roth 401(k) plan with company match</li>\n <li>Tuition Assistance and Student Loan Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Numerous Training and Professional Development opportunities</li>\n <li>Wellness Program & Fitness Program Reimbursement </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>MBP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.
