Your daily tasks will include: </span></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Monitor the contractors work for the purpose of guarding the owner against defects and deficiencies in the work and help determine if the provisions of the contract are being fulfilled.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Keep detailed notes of all activities taking place on the project.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Review engineering drawings and issue clarifications and interpretations of the drawings and specifications.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Review shop drawings and submittals from the contractor for conformance with the design concept of the project.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Track project schedule and budget and report regularly to the owner.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Appraise and approve contractors requests for payment and any proposed change orders</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><strong>We are looking for candidates that are:</strong></span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px\">Certified and Experienced. For this role, we are looking for someone who knows their stuff. A strong background in civil construction and public works infrastructure projects will make you a very strong candidate.
