    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Summary</strong><br/>The Energy Marshal is a safety professional who will ensure the safe execution of energization and isolation activities, with a focus on energy isolation procedures, auditing practices, and providing expert guidance on energy isolation standards.
