What You’ll Do
As our Lead Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
Lead and support the front office/patient care coordination team
Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and appointment flow
Help patients understand treatment plans, financial options, insurance details, and next steps
Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
Support daily huddles, patient handoffs, and communication between clinical and front office teams
Help maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidentiality and HIPAA standards
Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication, and the patient experience
Model accountability, calm leadership, humility, and kindness
Help create a practice environment where patients trust us for a lifetime and tell others why
