If you have a track record of successfully running residential plumbing operations and building winning teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the future of the business.</p>\n<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead day-to-day operations for the residential plumbing department, including field technicians and support staff</li>\n <li>Partner closely with the General Manager to achieve revenue, margin, and operational performance goals</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Dispatch to optimize scheduling, route efficiency, capacity planning, and daily productivity</li>\n <li>Ensure all plumbing work meets company quality standards, safety requirements, and brand expectations</li>\n <li>Coach, mentor, and develop plumbing technicians through regular performance feedback and training</li>\n <li>Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top residential plumbing talent</li>\n <li>Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset</li>\n <li>Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies</li>\n <li>Continuously improve processes, workflows, and customer experience across the plumbing operation</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of management or leadership experience running a residential plumbing department</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop residential service plumbers and field teams</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of residential service operations, dispatching, pricing, and workflow optimization</li>\n <li>Experience managing KPIs such as revenue, labor efficiency, average ticket, callbacks, and customer satisfaction</li>\n <li>Data-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving and communication skills</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in the field as needed to support technicians and customers</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Journeyman or Master Plumbing background</li>\n <li>Experience scaling or modernizing residential plumbing operations</li>\n <li>Familiarity with multi-location or high-growth home services environments</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What We Offer:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation (base salary + quarterly performance bonus)</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% employer-paid options available</li>\n <li>401(k) with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (PTO) plus paid holidays</li>\n <li>Ongoing leadership training and career advancement opportunities</li>\n <li>A supportive, people-first culture focused on craftsmanship, accountability, and doing the right thing</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Schedule & Location:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time, on-site leadership role</li>\n <li>Based in Naperville, IL, with responsibility for operations across the Chicagoland market and regular field engagement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
