You&#39;ll collaborate with stakeholders, develop impactful change strategies, and create communication materials that foster engagement and readiness for change. If you&#39;re passionate about solving organizational challenges and driving positive outcomes, we want to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist in delivering engagement activities and manage the completion of key deliverables.</li><li>Lead tasks or workstreams within client engagements, overseeing contributions from team members and junior staff.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to address complex organizational change management (OCM) challenges.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and discussions with subject matter experts.</li><li>Conduct user research to craft strategies that promote user adoption and awareness of changes.</li><li>Create content for stakeholder engagement, including communication materials explaining changes, benefits, and implementation steps.</li><li>Execute change readiness assessments, analyze results, and address barriers to change.</li><li>Prepare and deliver engaging briefings for senior executives.</li><li>Monitor and report the status of change programs, including risks and key metrics.</li><li>Support the development and enhancement of change management tools and methodologies.</li><li>Contribute to business development activities, such as proposals, whitepapers, and client engagement materials.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, or seven (7) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.</li><li>Experience implementing technology and financial management systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle).</li><li><strong>Experience in the initial phases of ERP discovery and implementation</strong> &nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in creating communication collateral using human-centered design (HCD) approaches, including newsletters, executive briefings, and emails.</li><li>Expertise in developing and executing change readiness surveys and business readiness assessments.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience leading tasks or workstreams and overseeing junior staff contributions.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and delivering presentations.</li><li>Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, including custom visuals and slide master customization.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with ERP modernization projects and financial management implementations.</li><li>Demonstrated success in developing and implementing OCM strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with public sector or financial services clients.</li><li>Experience using data-driven approaches to manage organizational change.</li></ul><p><em>Govplace&nbsp;</em><em>is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative environment with the best employees.
