This is for our Level 3 Community Support Team (CST).&#160;The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of clinical staff; intern supervision; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting Program Manager with hiring and staff evaluations;&#160; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; carrying a small case load of clients to provide direct care; and other duties as needed.<br><br><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Participate in interviewing and selecting candidates for employment, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work/caseloads for employees. Reviewing client charts to ensure compliance with BHO, DBHR, and TJC (The Joint Commission) requirements.</li><li>In partnership with the Manager, ensure staff meets their weekly service hours and monthly<br>productivity requirements.</li><li>Conduct weekly file reviews and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure files meet<br>Federal, State, County, and Sea Mar requirements. Report all findings to the Program Manager<br>and, as appropriate, to the Regional Behavioral Health Director.</li><li>In partnership with the Program Manager, ensure client information is protected and that all<br>employees follow the HIPAA confidentiality requirements.</li><li>Consult and collaborate with other professionals/agencies on client evaluations, treatment plans<br>and follow-up.</li><li>Assure that their clinical staff maintains updated documentation as required by WAC, County<br>and State contracts.</li><li>All other duties as assigned by Regional Director.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal;\"><b>Qualifications and/or Requirements:</b></span></span></span></p><ul><li>Must possess a Master&#8217;s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social work.</li><li>Have at least 5 years of clinical experience.&#160;&#160;</li><li>Must meet WAC requirements for the designation of Mental Health Professional (MHP)</li><li>Must be eligible for licensure in Washington at the time of hire:&#160; LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or other related licensure, and meet criteria to provide supervision for licensure.&#160;</li><li>Experience with mental health evaluation/Assessment and experience with evidence-based models of treatment</li><li>Must be comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office and electronic health records.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
