Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, the Department of Defense and often focused on the space initiatives of our government customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a <strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong> at I2X Technologies, you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-tier talent to support our federal programs. This position requires an individual who understands the pace and precision of federal contracting — someone who can navigate complex requirements, source cleared and niche talent and build trusted partnerships with both candidates and hiring managers across multiple programs. You’ll help shape our talent strategy while ensuring each candidate interaction reflects the integrity, innovation, and commitment that defines I2X.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position <strong>starts out training</strong> <strong>on-site in Littleton, CO</strong>, and may then shift to a hybrid setting with <strong>a minimum of 3 days per week in-office</strong>. Only individuals able to work at the Littleton office will be considered.<strong> This is not a fully remote position.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All members of the Talent Acquisition Team operate on a<strong> salary + commission compensation structure</strong> with additional bonus potential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner closely with internal hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and Program requirements.</li>\n <li>Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle — from discovery and sourcing to offer negotiation and close.</li>\n <li>Source and engage active and passive candidates through platforms such as ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn, and our ATS - iCIMS.</li>\n <li>Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.</li>\n <li>Document candidate interactions accurately to maintain data integrity and pipeline visibility.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong networks of cleared and technical professionals to support current and future federal programs.</li>\n <li>Deliver exceptional service that reflects I2X’s reputation for excellence and reliability in the federal space.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in <strong>recruiting that required heavy sourcing.</strong></li>\n <li>An Associate's Degree with 5+ year's of <strong>recruiting or</strong> <strong>sourcing</strong> experience may be substituted.</li>\n <li>A competitive, performance-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Full lifecycle recruiting experience — from sourcing to closing.</li>\n <li>Negotiation and closing skills with a candidate-first approach.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring as a Person</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Uncompromising integrity — you do the right thing, even when no one’s watching.</li>\n <li>A strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering results.</li>\n <li>Genuine passion for making an impact and changing people’s lives through your work.</li>\n <li>A mission-first mindset and pride in supporting programs that matter.</li>\n <li>Openness and honesty in communication — even when conversations are tough.</li>\n <li>A positive attitude – able to work with a variety of strong personalities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Experience Points</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience recruiting for <strong>cleared or defense-related positions</strong>.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with <strong>iCIMS</strong> or similar applicant tracking systems.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>ClearanceJobs</strong>, <strong>LinkedIn Recruiter</strong>, and other niche sourcing tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>US Citizenship is required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is listed . May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds.
