We need a content creator who can walk into our kitchen, our gym locations, or a delivery route and walk out with scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and ad creative that actually converts.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is not a \"post three times a week and call it a day\" role. We want someone who can make our food look incredible, make our brand feel alive on social, and produce content we can run as paid ads. You'll shoot 2 to 3 times a month on-site, then deliver a batch of edited content we can post and promote across IG, TikTok, Threads, and X.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Actually Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Show up 2 to 3 times per month to shoot on-site (with Christine, kitchen, gym locations, deliveries, staff, real moments)</li>\n<li>Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and photo assets</li>\n<li>Create ad-ready content we can use for paid campaigns, not just organic posts</li>\n<li>Capture the brand voice: real, fun, health-conscious without being preachy</li>\n<li>Come with shoot concepts and creative ideas, not just wait to be told what to film</li>\n<li>Turn around edited content quickly with minimal back-and-forth</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a portfolio of short-form content that actually performs (show us the work)</li>\n<li>You're comfortable shooting in a production kitchen, a gym, or wherever the brand lives</li>\n<li>You bring your own gear or mobile setup and don't need us to build you a studio</li>\n<li>You follow trends but you're not a trend-chaser. You know how to make content that fits the brand AND the algorithm</li>\n<li>You move fast, take direction well, and don't need to be micromanaged</li>\n<li>Bonus if you've created content for food, fitness, or DTC brands before</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To Apply</span></p>\n<p>Send your portfolio or social links.
