The primary responsibility is to manage a project by leading the planning and the development of all project deliverables. The Project Manager is fully responsible for managing the budget and work plan and all Project Management Procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Safety:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for overall job safety as per the safety manual for the particular job.</li>\n <li>Ensure that test holes are dug where required.</li>\n <li>Report any damage to utility lines to Vice President of Field Operations.</li>\n <li>Ensure that job-site meets all OSHA standards including cleanliness.</li>\n <li>Ensure that everyone on the site is following all safety protocols including AHAs and daily Tool Box Talks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><u>Payments/Financial:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform daily quantity review.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in monthly review of estimates and pending submissions for payment. </li>\n <li>Report all extra work or non-contract work to your Division Manager.</li>\n <li>Process all estimates on a timely basis.</li>\n <li>Prepare and submit change orders to the Owner.</li>\n <li>Review/approve subcontractor invoices.</li>\n <li>Perform accurate Project financial forecasting as related to revenue, costs, and profitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Payroll and Equipment Reports:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure the accuracy of payroll and equipment information.</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining petty cash.</li>\n <li>Responsible for obtaining and preparing Monthly Cost Estimate/Forecast. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Scheduling:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Control all material deliveries, production schedule, and long lead-time items.</li>\n <li>Coordinate all work with subcontractors.</li>\n <li>Coordinate all utility requirements with providers.</li>\n <li>Coordinate schedule activities with site superintendent.</li>\n <li>Notify Owner of any and all schedule impacts in accordance with Contract Documents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <u>Planning:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Efficiently maintain all records and files in field office.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement a project schedule that meets the goals of the owner.</li>\n <li>Ensure project activities are thoroughly and properly planned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Supervision:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and ensure that all tasks are carried out by Project Team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS. Degree in Engineering with 7+ years of related experience. Prefer 2+ years’ experience in a project manager role with a contract value of $10M+.</li>\n <li>Experience in Heavy Construction (site-work, roads, bridges, environmental, support of excavation, foundations, piles, sanitary sewers or sewer wastewater treatment plants).</li>\n <li>Wet utility construction experience a plus.</li>\n <li>Must be capable of meeting deadlines, self-motivated, detail oriented; have above average interpersonal skills and have excellent follow-through capability.</li>\n <li>Verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment; able to accurately process written documents, perform duties in a timely manner, be highly organized and able to interface; communicate effectively with company, clients and field personnel at all levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive benefits offered to eligible employees including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; FSA; short- and long-term disability; identity theft protection; 401(k); employee assistance program; and paid time off.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Posillico Civil, Inc. is committed to maintaining a working environment that promotes teamwork and that is free of any and all forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
