In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of fudge and other sweet treats, and maintaining a clean and inviting shop environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Service:</span> Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our fudge and other products.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Knowledge:</span> Learn and maintain an understanding of our fudge flavors, ingredients, and preparation methods to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fudge Preparation:</span> Assist in the preparation and presentation of fudge, including cutting, packaging, and displaying products.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales Transactions:</span> Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring correct pricing and providing customers with receipts.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventory Management:</span> Monitor stock levels of fudge and other items, restocking as needed, and assisting with inventory counts.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shop Maintenance:</span> Keep the shop clean and organized, including wiping counters, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Promotions and Sampling:</span> Actively promote special offers and encourage customers to sample products, enhancing the overall shopping experience.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Collaboration:</span> Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth shop operations and an enjoyable customer experience.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other Duties:</span> Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Experience:</span> No education or experience required</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong customer service skills with a positive and outgoing attitude.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.</li>\n<li>Basic math skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry items up to [weight, e.g., 25 pounds].</li>\n<li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as cutting fudge and cleaning.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.</li>\n<li>A fun and dynamic work environment with opportunities to interact with a wide range of customers.</li>\n</ul>",
