Our ideal candidate will mentor and develop branch employees, ensuring they achieve sales and service goals while maintaining operational excellence.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals</li>\n <li>Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and community outreach</li>\n <li>Drive business developments efforts to grow the branch's customer base</li>\n <li>Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all banking regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements For Success</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 3 years banking experience</li>\n <li>NMLS registration</li>\n <li>Supervisory Experience</li>\n <li>Consumer/Residential lending experience</li>\n <li>Thorough knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions, bank products and services</li>\n <li>Background in financial operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development and public relations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Conditions of Employment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check</li>\n <li>This is a Full-time, non-remote position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FLSA Status:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exempt</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Ready to take your career to the next level?
