Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive specializing in Home Health services to join our team. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or related industries such as technology sales or medical services Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels Demonstrated ability in business development and account management Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data Analytical skills to assess market data, client needs, and competitive landscape effectively Experience in marketing strategies that support sales initiatives is a plus Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and lead by example Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach through warm calling and networking efforts Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment This role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a difference in home health services through innovative sales strategies.
