    "description": "<p>We are seeking an experienced FP&amp;A Manager to join our finance team and play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who brings deep experience from hardware-oriented environments, with strong understanding of cost structures, materials, inventory, and pricing dynamics. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insight, improve visibility, and support scalable growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes</li>\n<li>Build and maintain financial models that reflect complex cost structures, including materials, production, and inventory</li>\n<li>Partner with operations, supply chain, and R&amp;D to analyze cost drivers and improve gross margins</li>\n<li>Develop and track KPIs related to manufacturing efficiency, inventory management, and unit economics</li>\n<li>Support pricing strategies through detailed margin and cost analysis</li>\n<li>Provide actionable insights to leadership to support strategic and operational decisions</li>\n<li>Analyze variances vs. budget/forecast and identify key business drivers</li>\n<li>Improve financial processes, reporting, and systems to support scale</li>\n<li>Prepare materials for executive leadership and board-level discussions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>6–10+ years of experience in FP&amp;A or finance roles</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mandatory experience in hardware, manufacturing, or product-based companies</span> (not purely SaaS)</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of: BOM, Inventory accounting and management, COGS, pricing and unit economics in physical products</li>\n<li>Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Strong business partnering capabilities and communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li>\n<li>High attention to detail with a hands-on approach</li>\n<li>Experience working in high-growth or scaling companies</li>\n<li>Familiarity with supply chain and production environments</li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools</li>\n<li>Background in supporting global operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to play a key role in a growing, innovative hardware-focused company</li>\n<li>High-impact position with exposure to senior leadership</li>\n<li>Collaborative and fast-paced work environment</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li>\n<li>High level of ownership and autonomy</li>\n<li>Hybrid work model</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>",
