(Civil Engineering).</li>\n <li>Courses in Structural Engineering preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 07-08 years’ experience on construction site.</li>\n <li>Experience in executing various big Projects of approx. 25-50 acres’ land is needed.</li>\n <li>Well conversant with design and construction aspect of Civil, Structural and Architectural.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerized reporting and MS Office package is must.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of local language written and spoken mandatory.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Should plan and schedule all the project activities as per the timelines.</li>\n <li>Ensuring timely work execution on site.</li>\n <li>Liaison with Architects, Consultants and Contractors to have smooth functioning at site.</li>\n <li>Conduct Project Review and Design Review meetings on-line and if required in office.</li>\n <li>Prepare Agenda and then minutes of the meeting and circulate to all.</li>\n <li>Maintain all the desired records at site like inventory management, RIF register, drawing register, non-compliance register, etc.</li>\n <li>Identify slippages/delays and initiate corrective action.</li>\n <li>Whenever required, invite quotes from local vendors to carry out comparison and submit</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental policies.</li>\n <li>Prepare all MIS reports from time to time to facilitate decision making</li>\n <li>Ensure minimum wastage of material at site and suggest value engineering to reduce the cost wherever required.</li>\n <li>Ensure that the assigned work is completed as per the schedule by coordinating amongst the team members, contractors and consultants.</li>\n <li>Any other work assigned from time to time.</li>\n</ul>",
