    "description": "<h2>Position Description</h2>\n<p><strong>At a Glance</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Legrand </strong>has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Lead to join the Data, Power and Control Team in Reno, NV.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Warehouse Team Lead supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring high-quality packing and outbound processes. This role provides backup to Logistics and Receiving, assists with loading/unloading, and works closely with other departments to keep materials flowing smoothly. Strong SAP skills, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and organization are essential. This person will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and will be responsible for the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Main Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· The scheduling and handling of domestic freight.</p>\n<p>· Coordinating orders with the logistics team.</p>\n<p>· Coordinating receiving, shipping, and belt positions/ having comprehensive knowledge of each</p>\n<p>· Aid in cycle counting and routine maintenance of inventory.</p>\n<p>· Ensure all outbound shipments meet quality standards.</p>\n<p>· Must be fully capable of always conducting themselves in a professional manner in accordance with Legrand standards.</p>\n<p>· Schedule outbound shipments (domestic and international) including preparation of documentation, management of packaging materials, and packaging of product to be shipped as well as arrangement of transportation services.</p>\n<p>· Proper understanding and utilization of SAP software.</p>\n<p>· Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of materials and information to ensure outstanding service for internal and external customers.</p>\n<p>· Maintain high standards for packing processes.</p>\n<p>· Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as well as the put-away of product.</p>\n<p>· Provide back-up support to department and logistics team.</p>\n<p>· Communicate effectively with the shipping, Belt, position to facilitate product into the warehouse.</p>\n<p>· Follow instructions as provided by supervisor.</p>\n<p>· Complete assigned work within given timeframe and according to specifications.</p>\n<p>· Cooperate with other employees in the department and maintain a safe working environment.</p>\n<p>· Oversee and maintain cleanliness and organization of personal and assigned work areas.</p>\n<p>· Adherent to all company safety regulations.</p>\n<p>· Other duties as assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong>:</p>\n<p>· High School diploma or equivalent is required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong>:</p>\n<p>· A minimum of 3 years of shipping and receiving experience is required</p>\n<p>· A minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:</strong></p>\n<p>· Must speak English.</p>\n<p>· Must have basic math skills.</p>\n<p>· Must have basic computer skills.</p>\n<p>· RF scanners and use of warehouse management systems. (SAP or similar).</p>\n<p>· Ability to push a cart/pallet jack with up to several hundred pounds is required.</p>\n<p>· Forklift certification is required. (will train on-site).</p>\n<p>· Valid driver’s license is required.</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of inventory control practices is preferred.</p>\n<p>· Ability to work overtime when required.</p>\n<p>· Ability to arrive promptly for shift and stand and/or walk for duration of shift is required.</p>\n<p>· Ability to hear, speak, kneel, and bend.</p>\n<p>· You must be capable of lifting 40 pounds.</p>\n<p>· Capable of working in a manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Info</h2>\n<p><strong>About Legrand</strong></p>\n<p>Legrand is the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures.
