Candidate will work closely with other members of the STI Practice in developing and completing A/E design projects and support growth in our practice.&nbsp;</p><p>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For: The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a licensed Architect or as a Mechanical Engineer working on Buildings projects, and has a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Architecture or Mechanical Engineering. Previous experience with Science, Technology, and/or Industrial projects and familiarity with Revit is required for this role.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starter, who is organized and capable of multi-tasking, with a willingness to accommodate some overnight travel.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What You&rsquo;ll Need to Be Successful:</p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Experience with/understanding of AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently and/or remotely with limited supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work with project teams and departments across the company efficiently to drive projects to completion.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with financial management including project budgeting, monthly forecasting, managing purchase orders, and invoicing.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Project Manager will also:</p><ul><li>Read, analyze, and understand the specific project scope of work from the client or write this document from discussions with the client. &nbsp;Prepare proposals based upon project scope of work.</li><li>Demonstrate building design proficiency including understanding complex building projects and the required coordination between trades.</li><li>Manage multiple projects to ensure project timelines are meeting contractual agreements within established deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinating with external and internal team members to provide guidance and direction on deliverable requests and deadlines; participate in and collaborate with team on QC reviews throughout project to ensure quality product; manage team and project scope to deliver results within project budget.</li><li>Work directly with design team to research and understand code requirements, at times facilitate code discussions with local AHJ as needed.</li><li>Managing the customer to ensure that realistic goals and expectations are both communicated and met.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with design team to review and revise the designs as needed to meet client expectations and/or client requested changes. &nbsp; Pursue change orders when applicable.</li><li>Provide leadership guidance, training, and mentorship for developing associates; Establish and foster team culture with a commitment to timeliness, responsiveness, and exceptional work product.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with multiple disciplines including architects, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers, and contractors. &nbsp;Coordinate with owner, landlord (if applicable), contractors, and owner&rsquo;s vendors.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>All other duties as assigned.
