We are looking for an energetic individual to be the&nbsp;<strong>Program Coordinator for our camp offerings.</strong> The position is full-time, 35 hours per week with full benefits. The annual salary is $37,500.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><strong>POSITION-Program Coordinator, Camps</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">The Program Coordinator is responsible for: 1. overseeing the development, planning, marketing and implementation of the military, children&#39;s programs and residential camping 2. supervising staff and campers while at camp and 3. </span><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">facilitating the inclusion of all participants.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS-Program Coordinator, Camps</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:square;\">\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Bachelors degree required. (Recreation/Therapeutic Recreation, or equivalent, preferred.)</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">First Aid/CPR/AED certification required (or required to be obtained within the first three month prior to operation of the first program.)</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Prior experience with behavior management required. </span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Prior experience working in recreation programs and individuals with disabilities preferred.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Current valid Pennsylvania drivers license and acceptable driving record obtained through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation required.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Acceptable Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse History and FBI Clearance required.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">Passing of physical examination and TB required.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES-Program Coordinator, Camps</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">1. Plan, implement and oversee the military, children&#39;s and residential camps. Assure they reflect the needs of both the region and the clients. Establish rapport with clients, their families and community groups. </span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">2. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and volunteers. Assure staffing pattern meets the need and productivity expectations for each program/activity.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">3. Develop relationships in the community in order to provide programs and market services to other agencies.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\">4. Develop and adhere to department budget for assigned programs on an annual basis.
