As a Sales Associate in our Rolex Boutique, you’ll play a key role in shaping each client’s experience from offering personalized assistance, sharing your product knowledge, and guiding them through their luxury journey. From the first conversation to purchase and beyond, you will ensure that they feel confident and valued in their decisions. If you take pride in creating memorable moments and elevating the client experience, we’d love to meet you!  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As a Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide clients through the process of selection, decision making, and client after-sales, using a detailed understanding of all products and services available.</li>\n<li>Maintain and transfer knowledge of brand heritage, collection, features and key attributes to clients, adhering to Rolex and Raffi brand guidelines to assist clients to make the most informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.</li>\n<li>Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients, perform regular follow-ups and address any post-purchase needs.</li>\n<li>Ensure that the showroom meets the visual expectations of the brand.</li>\n<li>Collaborate and assist co-workers to ensure that customer service is always maintained to the highest level. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of tasks but reflects the core responsibilities of the role.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will thrive in this role if you:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are responsive, courteous and can communicate effectively with a diverse client base. </li>\n<li>Have a strong sense of client management and consistent proactive follow-through.  </li>\n<li>Are a client-forward thinker and dedicated to cultivating and maintaining longstanding relationships with clients. </li>\n<li>Possess strong problem-solving skills, able to make quick decisions with proper judgement when required.</li>\n<li>Enjoying working collaboratively within a close team and committed to treating team members with respect and empathy, contributing to a positive working environment. </li>\n<li>Are proactive, adaptable and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. <br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications: </span> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 3-4+ years of experience in retail sales.
