Our team has an entrepreneurial spirit and is results driven.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview: </strong>The Project Superintendent plays a critical role in the success of the company, serving as the on-site leader responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management acumen to ensure the successful and efficient completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><p>· <strong>Flush Plan Implementation:</strong> Execute and enforce engineering flush plans, ensuring technicians adhere to specifications for pumps, filter pods, flow meters, hoses (fixed diameter, adjustable length), and client-supplied headers.&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Site Management:</strong> Conduct job site inspections to verify flush plan compliance, rectify safety violations, and ensure operational efficiency.&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Technician Supervision:</strong> Provide coaching and supervision to technicians on flush plan execution, hose layout optimization, and GPM (gallons per minute) achievement.&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Equipment Management:</strong> Verify on-site equipment inventory and manage equipment logistics.&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Project Planning and Coordination:</strong> Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Site Supervision:</strong> Provide on-site supervision and leadership to teams. Ensure that work is being carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Quality Control:</strong> Monitor work quality and conduct inspections to ensure everything meets quality standards and complies with regulations. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Safety Management:</strong> Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or violations promptly. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Resource Management:</strong> Manage resources such as materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize efficiency and productivity on-site. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Client Communication:</strong> Serve as a point of contact for clients and address any concerns or inquiries they may have regarding the project. Provide regular progress updates and ensure client satisfaction. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as logistical problems, design changes, or conflicts among team members. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Documentation and Reporting:</strong> Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and documentation of any incidents or changes.&nbsp;</p><p>· <strong>Team Leadership and Development:</strong> Lead and motivate teams to perform at their best.
