We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic caregivers to join our growing team in Santa Barbara County and West Ventura County.</span></em></p>\n<p><em><br></em><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and you may also be offered shifts with clients outside of these demographics.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shifts are available throughout Santa Barbara County and West Ventura County, with the greatest need in the Goleta, Santa Barbara and Carpinteria areas.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Caregiver Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.</li>\n<li>Providing companionship and emotional support.</li>\n<li>Giving medication reminders and keeping an eye on health and safety.</li>\n<li>Supporting clients in participating in community activities and social events.</li>\n<li>Following personalized care plans as and documenting via detailed shift notes and task records.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Caregiver Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>18yrs of age or older</li>\n<li>6mos. previous experience in caregiving or a related field.</li>\n<li>Experience with adults of all ages with cognitive and developmental support needs preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.</li>\n<li>Compassionate, patient, and reliable.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.</li>\n<li>Approved Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), or the ability to complete registration prior to hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join us in our mission to provide a higher standard of care and support to those who need it most.
