          "text": "<p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering&#xa0;or a related engineering field, from an ABET-accredited program</li><li>Minimum of 4&#xa0;years of relevant experience</li><li>Professional Engineer license in Florida, or ability to obtain Florida licensure within 1 year of start date</li><li>Advanced level of oral, written, and presentation communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with ArcGIS Pro and Civil 3D</li><li>Practical knowledge of&#xa0;developing and guiding construction plan preparation</li><li>Experience providing engineering services in Manatee and Sarasota Counties</li><li>Experience with environmental resource and civil site permitting</li><li>Successful delivery of water resources and civil engineering planning studies, designs, and construction documents</li><li>Practical application of various hydrology/hydraulics software&#xa0;(e.g. BMP Trains, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HSPF, ICPR, MODRET, StormCAD, StormWise, SWMM, etc.)</li></ul>",
