The specialist analyzes workforce data and collaborates with leaders to support staffing decisions and compliance</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and implement employee schedules that align with forecasted demand while considering employee availability, skills, and labor cost constraints. </li>\n <li>Manage time-off requests, leave of absences, and scheduling exceptions. </li>\n <li>Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and adjust as needed to maintain service levels. </li>\n <li>Analyze historical data to predict future staffing requirements based on business demands, seasonal fluctuations, and market trends. </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain accurate staffing models to inform staffing decisions. </li>\n <li>Create capacity plans to ensure adequate staffing levels across different operational areas. </li>\n <li>Proficiently use workforce management software to manage schedules, track employee data, and generate reports.</li>\n <li>Stay updated on system upgrades and functionalities to optimize usage.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and address operational challenges. </li>\n <li>Communicate scheduling updates and changes effectively to employees. </li>\n <li>Partner with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. </li>\n <li>Conduct time studies, track, report, and analyze data to improve efficiency and increase guest satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2>Skills and Qualifications:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Age: 18</li>\n <li>Must have flexible availability including weekends, weeknights, and holidays</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li>\n <li>Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude</li>\n <li>Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others</li>\n <li>Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak and understand the English language.</li>\n <li>Experience in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning </li>\n <li>Expertise in workforce management software applications. </li>\n</ul>",
