    "requisitionDescription": "<p>POSITION SUMMARY:<br>The position serves as the primary marketing representative for the facility and is responsible for clinical assessments of potential referrals to the facility; serve as liaison between facility personnel and the families of referrals and other professionals in the community. In addition, this position directly supervises the marketing staff. <br>JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>1.\tDevelops and implements quarterly marketing plans with goals designed to achieve budgeted admits. <br>2.\tCompletes payroll and performance reviews for direct reports.<br>3.\tAchieves quarterly goals.<br>4.\tConducts sales calls to existing and potential referral sources and records call activity into the system. <br>5.\tTracks physician non-monetary items for compliance submits to Marketing Directors<br>6.\tAdheres to all Stark Laws, Anti-Kickback, other applicable statues<br>7.\tEstablishes and cultivates professional relationships with referral sources in order to generate repeat referral opportunities.<br>8.\tSeeks out managed care opportunities and works with National Director of Catastrophic and Complex Care to cultivate same.<br>9.\tCompletes weekly calendars and contact reports with timely submission per departmental direction<br>10.\tConsistently completes and maintains data in the CRM (MarketWare)<br>11.\tAttends conferences and professional seminars as requested in order to promote the facility.<br>12.\tProvides timely  and detailed input to marketing budget <br>13.\tDemonstrates knowledge of the hospital and marketplace in order to stay abreast of healthcare changes and/or trends.<br>14.\tPerforms competitive analysis of competitor facilities on periodic basis.<br>15.\tConducts presentations and tours of the facility to potential referral sources and families.<br>16.\tPerforms clinical assessments to determine appropriateness and acceptance of potential admissions.<br>17.\tMaintains timely attendance and active participation in Nexus marketing education events.<br>18.\tPerforms marketing duties in cost effective manner, consults director on plans, costs, and options prior to scheduling events/placing orders, submits expense reports in a timely fashion adhering to company policies on approved expenses.    <br>19.\tMaintains knowledge of community resources.<br>20.\tEffectively, timely and accurately reports and/or communicates activities, progress, issues and/or concerns to CEO and National Director of Catastrophic and Complex Care<br>21.\tWorks with the facility Marketing team on an ongoing basis regarding concerns and issues which impact census building in the facility, responds to requests, participates in field  ride along and training, etc. <br>22.\tDemonstrates knowledge and awareness of licensing regulations and third party payor information.<br>23.\tWorks closely with all Nexus facility personnel and related staff in coordination/cross coordination of referrals, evaluations and marketing activities.<br>24.\tLooks for need and opportunity for the facility to package programs with clinical, nursing and medical directors to market specific diagnosis based services.<br>25.\tDevelops strategic annual and 90 day sales plans based upon budgeted census needs, payor mix and patient mix.<br>26.\tConsistently completes all required paper work in a timely manner.<br>27.\tAccesses and checks email when working to keep info<br>28.\tPerforms other duties as assigned.<br><br>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:<br>EDUCATION:<br>•\tBachelors degree preferred<br></p>\n<p>EXPERIENCE:<br>•\tAt least one year experience in a related field, including two years of clinical experience.<br>•\tMinimum of two years of marketing responsibility and referral development in healthcare industry required.<br>•\tWorking knowledge of Admission Criteria for Nexus facilities<br></p>\n<p>LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: <br>•\tCurrent licensure as a RN, LVN, RT, PT, OT, LSW, LMSW, PTA or COTA<br>•\tMust maintain current certification/licensure in good standing during employment with this facility, or, obtain within 30 days<br></p>\n",
