Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in collaboration with the healthcare team, the LPN/LVN ensures patient safety, comfort, and quality care, enhancing the overall patient experience across various clinical units.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver safe, high-quality direct and indirect patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.</li>\n <li>Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as allowed by state regulations and facility guidelines.</li>\n <li>Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly to the RN or healthcare team.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient-centered care.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.</li>\n <li>Promote a safe, therapeutic, and compassionate environment for patients and their families.</li>\n <li>Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and health maintenance.</li>\n <li>Adhere to infection control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Requirements: </p>\n<li>Current and valid LPN/LVN state license.</li>\n<li>Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certificate and maintain current.</li>\n<li>Minimum of one year acute care and telemetry experience.</li>\n<li>IV Certification.</li>\n<li>Current ACLS (AHA or ARC)certificate and maintain current.</li>\n<p>#LI-DF3</p>\n<p>At Landmark Medical Center, our dedicated team of professionals is committed to our core values of quality, compassion, and community.
