    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>Aluminum Dynamics\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Facilitate the safe assembly of Chocks for various mill rolls and perform regularly scheduled inspections and maintenance</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assemble Chocks by installing bearings and wear liners as needed for all mill rolls</li>\n <li>Utilizing overhead cranes and mobile equipment for various tasks</li>\n <li>Inspection, Breakdown, Cleaning and Reassembly of chocks/bearings</li>\n <li>Input data into RSMS for tracking maintenance intervals and bearing life</li>\n <li>Support chockers with maintenance of chocks and roll assemblies</li>\n <li>Effectively work with Supervisor to implement Best Practices</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven track record in Safety</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and experience</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n <li>Experience with high levels of responsibility and decision making</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills</li>\n <li>Observant, attention to details and accuracy</li>\n <li>Must be self-motivated and possess a strong desire for continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Overtime and weekends may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong computer skills </li>\n <li>Previous Bearing Experience</li>\n <li>Basic welding and machining experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>",
