This is your opportunity to guide multidisciplinary technical teams, champion innovative engineering approaches, and help deliver clean, safe, and reliable water systems for communities today and into the future.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with Water team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals, ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goals</li>\n <li>Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to water infrastructure projects, such as water/wastewater treatment and stormwater management—from initial assessment through planning and design</li>\n <li>Manage water/wastewater projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions </li>\n <li>Oversee project delivery and project financials, including scope, budget, schedule, subcontractor payments, and client relationships, to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects</li>\n <li>Effectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical water infrastructure initiatives</li>\n <li>Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phase</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; previous project or team management experience preferred</li>\n <li>Water/wastewater experience required</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required</li>\n <li>Proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws</li>\n <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to guide and motivate team activity and resolve issues with urgency</li>\n <li>An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups</li>\n <li>Experience with project budgeting preferred; basic understanding of accounting processes</li>\n <li>Active participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead challenging meaningful water infrastructure projects that support public health, environmental stewardship, and long-term community resilience</li>\n <li>Mentor and inspire emerging engineers dedicated to delivering sustainable water, wastewater, and stormwater solutions</li>\n <li>Collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Water team is doing?
