This role focuses on people, planning, logistics, coordination, timelines, suppliers, and execution within automotive and industrial environments. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>IIT8 USA Corporation, based in Austin, Texas, is part of MiddleGround Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. Founded in 2004, IT8 began as a mechanical design and engineering office. Today, we deliver Body-in-White, warehouse automation, and industrial automation services across Europe, India, Mexico, Germany, and the United States.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title: Project Manager</span>, Senior and Junior levels available.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Our projects are currently expected to take place in Texas, South Carolina, Nevada, Arizona, Illinois and other states. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead project schedules, timelines, and deliverables for automotive and industrial installation projects.</li>\n<li>Coordinate daily activities with field teams, supervisors, suppliers, and logistics partners.</li>\n<li>Track manpower, materials, and progress to ensure on-time execution in automotive plant environments.</li>\n<li>Support site readiness, tooling needs, and resource allocation for project teams.</li>\n<li>Manage vendor and subcontractor expectations, schedules, and follow-up actions.</li>\n<li>Monitor risks or delays and communicate solutions to clients and internal leadership.</li>\n<li>Maintain project documentation, status reports, customer updates, and action logs.</li>\n<li>Track project-related costs, hours, travel, and general budget alignment.</li>\n<li>Coordinate travel, onboarding, scheduling, and site access needs for project personnel.</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.</li>\n<li>Ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed across all job sites.</li>\n<li>Facilitate cross-team communication to keep workflows aligned and ensure smooth execution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><br></em></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Note: </span></em>This role does not involve IT, software development, Agile/Scrum, or technical engineering design.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience working inside <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">automotive OEM or Tier supplier environments </span>strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">installation teams, materials, suppliers, or field logistics</span> in high-paced environments.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills for client-facing and internal coordination.</li>\n<li>Strong organization, planning, and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.</li>\n<li>Ability to track budgets, project hours, manpower, and general cost controls.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and general project-tracking tools.</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and maintain professionalism in dynamic automotive projects.</li>\n<li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to project sites as required.</li>\n<li>Authorization to work in the U.S. (TN-Visa friendly).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Does it sound like an interesting role for you?</span></p>\n<p>We are looking forward to receiving your application.
