Responsible for cold-calling potential customers, setting appointments, explaining services and closing the sales. Also, they drive the route, picking up and dropping off clothes as appropriate.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provide quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with customers and store employees</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Constantly attempt to Grow Sales in the area you service</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain your pre-established route system as well as prospect and grow your customer base with sales and service mentality</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Drive customer retention by building relationships and creating customer loyalty</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Load and unload garments from the company vehicle</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Cooperate with co-workers and promote a positive and productive working environment&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Some experience in route sales is preferred, but we are looking for individuals who really care for serving his/her customers</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Highly organized and demonstrate self- motivation and attention to details</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must possess excellent communication, positive attitude and willingness to provide great customer service&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to identify and meet customers&rsquo; needs and requirements</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Passion for interacting in a positive and creative manner with customers and team members</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">High school diploma or GED</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Computer operation experience</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to successfully complete MVR and background check is required</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Dependable with strong work ethic</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS:&nbsp;The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
