We are recruiting for the following position</strong>:</p><p style=\"text-align:center;\"><b>Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization</b></p><p><u>Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor -&#160;Posting #25768</u></p><p>Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000&#160;</p><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>Full-Time Clinical Supervisor position available immediately for our outpatient Behavioral Health Department in Tumwater, WA. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of clinical staff; intern supervision; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting Program Manager with hiring and staff evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; carrying a small case load of clients to provide direct care; and other duties as needed. This position is currently eligible for a monthly retention incentive for every hour worked in addition to the&#160;base pay rate.&#160;<br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in interviewing and selecting candidates for employment, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work/caseloads for employees. Reviewing client charts to ensure compliance with BHO, DBHR, and TJC (The Joint Commission) requirements.</li><li>Provide clinical individual and group supervision to all mental health therapists, peer specialists, case managers and program staff working on your site.</li><li>Review and approve the therapists&#8217; clinical documentation in Cerner, as appropriate.</li><li>In partnership with the Manager, ensure staff meets their weekly service hours and monthly productivity requirements.</li><li>In collaboration with the manager, ensure QI reports are completed on a timely manner.</li><li>Provide clinical supervision of mental health staff as required by WAC and ensure client care is provided according to the WAC, county contracts, TJC, and Sea Mar Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Ensure system integration of care (primary care, behavioral health, dental care and overall health) for all patients.</li></ul><strong>Special Site Features:</strong><ul><li style=\"list-style-type:none;\"></li><li style=\"margin-left:16px;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) for two years or more</span></span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left:16px;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Completed or enrolled in the Washington State Supervisor Certification CEU course</span></span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left:16px;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Competitive and expansive Health Insurance, Dental and Vision insurance at no cost to employee (inquire for employee and family/spouse/domestic partner deduction rates or most recent Health benefits package)</span></span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left:16px;\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:107%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Productivity expectations are lower for Clinical Supervisor and Incentives are earned after meeting weekly minimum productivity of 10 encounters.
