We are currently looking for experienced Level 3 Blade Repair Technicians to conduct advanced inspections and perform repairs categorized from 1 to 5, while also leading field teams on active projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">This is a travel-intensive, project-based position that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Inspect and document internal and external blade damage, including photographic evidence and detailed reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform coating and structural repairs on blades, including leading/trailing edges, tips, and internal components, following engineering guidelines</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Work at heights (up to 300 ft) using platform systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Complete and submit accurate service reports and Daily Work Reports (DWR) using mobile systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Review and submit repair documentation to Operations and Engineering teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Communicate site progress and issues with internal teams and clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures on wind turbine generators</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with site setup, including coordination of labour and materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform rigging and de-rigging tasks as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Follow all safety procedures and participate in hazard assessments and safety meetings</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Required Certifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Full GWO Certification (BST, ART, BTT)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Arc Flash / NFPA 70E</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Confined Space &amp; Rescue</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Respirator Fit Testing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Experience &amp; Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience in blade repair, composites, or similar mechanical work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Team player with excellent communication skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Valid driver’s licence with a satisfactory record</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to pass a background check</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Physically capable of performing job duties</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Work Eligibility and Safety</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">You must be legally allowed to work in the USA.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Your safety is important to us.
