The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can design, configure, and implement best practices while effectively communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a balance of deep functional knowledge and the ability to lead teams while staying engaged in the details when needed.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><strong>Design and Configure:</strong> Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR modules.</span></li>\n <li><span><strong>Best Practices:</strong> Apply industry best practices and recommend solutions that optimize system performance and user experience.</span></li>\n <li><span><strong>Stakeholder Communication:</strong> Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for business stakeholders, fostering clear understanding and alignment.</span></li>\n <li><span><strong>Hands-On Leadership:</strong> Willing to get in the weeds to troubleshoot, configure, and ensure project success while also leading teams effectively.</span></li>\n <li><span><strong>Solution Storytelling:</strong> Effectively articulate design decisions and technical solutions to clients and project teams.</span></li>\n <li><span><strong>Project Oversight:</strong> Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project timelines are met.</span></li>\n <li><span><strong>Training and Mentorship:</strong> Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Benefits, Compensation and/or Core HR.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation configurations within Oracle Cloud.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to storytell and simplify complex solutions for non-technical stakeholders.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven experience balancing strategic leadership and hands-on configuration.</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Oracle Cloud Certifications in Benefits and Compensation.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience leading diverse teams across geographies.</span></li>\n <li><span>Willingness to stay hands-on with configuration and testing when needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Work Location:</strong></span><br><span>Flexible work location possible with company approval, excluding remote work from Colorado or New York City.</span></p>",
