    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Park Nicollet is looking to hire an Operating Room (OR) Circulator RN to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) teams!&nbsp; Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Be part of our Same Day Surgery Center Team in Burnsville&nbsp;with occasional travel to other Same Day Surgery Center(s) as needed.</p>\n<p>We are looking for team members to support our growing services, with opportunities to provide patient care in our Surgery Center(s). We have a fast-paced multi-specialty Surgical Center. Our team is looking for candidates with a positive outlook and ability to work well on a team.</p>\n<p>The RN – Operating Room (OR) Circulator position provides direct patient care in ambulatory settings. Patient care may be a direct activity of the RN, or it may be to coordinate and supervise patient care provided by assistive personnel. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and Park Nicollet Health Services policy.
