We want you to be a part of our future!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Supervisor for our Wells Road Studio. Fully flexible contract, offering up to 15 hours per week. This position will be covering days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As Studio Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming, spotless, and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, support the team and deliver exceptional customer service. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What we are looking for:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Essential</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill</li>\n<li>At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience</li>\n<li>Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning<br></li>\n<li>Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education</li>\n<li>Able to attend mandatory training</li>\n<li>Examples of good time management</li>\n<li>Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Desirable</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment</li>\n<li>Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry</li>\n<li>Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness</li>\n<li>Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What we offer:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>£13.25 per hour plus uncapped sales commission- Age thresholds not applicable, all staff are compensated the same way!<br></li>\n<li>10% off Pure Gym membership with £0 joining fee</li>\n<li>Support in developing career opportunities</li>\n<li>Flexible working hours for the right candidate</li>\n<li>Free use of tanning facilities after each shift</li>\n<li>Staff discount on all vending products</li>\n<li>5 and 10 year additional holiday allowance and bonus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Consol Tanning Ltd is a diverse, inclusive workplace where all our employees feel valued and respected.
