Morgan’s Investor Access Team in Mumbai which sits within the Global Markets Group’s Sales and Client Intelligence &amp; Solutions team.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>As an Associate within the Investor Access team, you will be responsible for organizing a variety of corporate and investor events for our equity and credit institutional investor clients. You will also support the firm's corporate clients with investor relations services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Global Investor Access Team onshore, focusing on the execution of the originated corporate access product. If you are passionate, curious, and eager to make an impact, we invite you to join our investor access team, where you will work directly with Research, Sales, Banking, and Event teams to execute investor access opportunities</p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support in the scheduling our global forum and conferences, including co-ordination with company management, investor relations, clients, sales leads, specialist sales, and covering analysts.</li>\n <li>Support in the administrative duties for our global forum and conferences, including&nbsp;pre-clearance and post-event compliance checks, process / route emails to&nbsp;conference inboxes ensuring timely responses, post events stats</li>\n <li>Help arrange roadshows, individual investor trips, group investor tours, analyst access, expert and thematic events including booking meetings with both corporates and investors.</li>\n <li>Create marketing material presentations for the business and help in executing, monitoring, and reporting of the calendar events..</li>\n <li>Understand and develop the current Investor Access framework and work on improving the process and&nbsp;associated activity, fill in the gaps in the process which are not effective, create framework to test the effectiveness of the existing process.</li>\n <li>Automate the process wherever possible and ensure proper controls to check the veracity of the end output to be shared with clients and internal stakeholders, wherever&nbsp;applicable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You bring strong front office administrative experience and knowledge of capital markets</li>\n <li>You bring Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word proficiency. Experience working with financial databases such as Bloomberg &amp; FactSet.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>You demonstrate good judgment – decision-making is your strong point</li>\n <li>You have strong interpersonal skills – you listen and communicate in a direct, succinct manner</li>\n <li>You are detail oriented and self-motivated</li>\n <li>Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can engage and influence partners and stakeholders</li>\n <li>Strong sense of client focus, accountability, and ownership&nbsp;</li>\n <li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment of real-time market pressures and easily remain focused on client needs</li>\n</ul>",
