This position supports production uptime, equipment reliability, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities while ensuring compliance with all applicable electrical codes, company policies, and safety standards.</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;text-align:justify;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;text-align:justify;'><br></p><p>&nbsp; <strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\"><li data-pasted=\"true\">Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, automated systems, and facility systems.</li><li>Install, maintain, and modify electrical wiring, panels, conduit, motors, drives, sensors, relays, and control systems.</li><li>Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, ladder logic, and technical manuals.</li><li>Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.</li><li>Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Troubleshoot variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo systems, motor controls, and electrical distribution systems.</li><li>Assist with machine startup, testing, and commissioning activities.</li><li>Maintain facility electrical systems including lighting, transformers, disconnects, and power distribution equipment.</li><li>Utilize electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, amp clamps, and oscilloscopes.</li><li>Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all company safety requirements.</li><li>Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage within maintenance systems or work orders.</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and outside contractors as needed.</li><li>Maintain spare parts inventory and communicate parts requirements to supervision.</li><li>Assist in training maintenance personnel and machine operators on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.</li><li>Support company goals related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost reduction.</li><li>Maintain good housekeeping and organization in maintenance and production areas.</li></ol><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\"><li data-pasted=\"true\">Manufacturing and industrial production environment.</li><li>Exposure to moving machinery, electrical systems, oils, coolants, and industrial noise.</li><li>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.</li><li>May involve work from ladders, lifts, or elevated platforms.</li></ol><p><strong>&nbsp;Requirements:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Journeyman Electrician Card, Electrical License, or equivalent industrial electrical experience preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.</li><li>Working knowledge of:<ul><li>PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)</li><li>VFDs and servo drives</li><li>Motor controls</li><li>Industrial networking and communication systems</li><li>Robotics and automated equipment</li><li>Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable safety standards.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills for maintenance systems and documentation</li></ul></li></ul></ol><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\"><li data-pasted=\"true\">CNC machine troubleshooting experience.</li><li>Experience with induction equipment, heat treat systems, or automated manufacturing lines.</li><li>Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.</li><li>Experience with preventive maintenance systems and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div>\n",
