We also provide a 401(k) savings plan, Employee Assistance Program, a tuition reimbursement program, professional development and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team, be part of the solution, support evolving innovations, and help us continue providing quality products, all while being supported by strong leadership and a comprehensive and competitive benefits program.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine environmental sampling, conduct required inspections and maintaining necessary records. </li>\n <li>Prepare and submit compliance reports monthly, as well as prepare and maintain the annual environmental operating plans.</li>\n <li>Ensure all environmental permits/certificates are renewed in a timely manner and are kept up-to-date with any applicable facility changes. </li>\n <li>Primary contact with regulatory agencies, and must accompany regulatory representatives during site inspections/visits. </li>\n <li>Must stay educated in regards to the environmental regulatory changes with the potential to impact company operation, and to communicate these changes to the appropriate company management. </li>\n <li>Must also continue self-improvement activities, especially in the area of new developments in environmental equipment and regulations. </li>\n <li>Provide training for the environmental program, which includes training and coordinating the environmental management team.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Environmental Engineering or related science</li>\n <li>At least 5 years experience in a regulatory, enforcement of industrial/environmental setting</li>\n <li>Knowledge of CAA, CWA, Title V and RCRA regulations</li>\n <li>Knowledge of MACT, NSPS, NPDES, and RCRA regulations affecting the cement industry</li>\n <li>Familiar with cement manufacturing is preferred</li>\n <li>Strong communication and technical writing skills needed</li>\n <li>Proficient with Word, Excel and Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Good organizational skills, human relations and decision making abilities needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Buzzi Unicem USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
