    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The main focus of this role is statutory accounting, compliance with local laws, preparation of financial statements and other responsibilities described below. Activities related to budgeting, cost tracking, or financial planning are not main part of this position.</p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <strong>What you’ll do:</strong>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Accounting Controller for several entities in EMEA.</li>\n <li>Preparation of annual statutory financial statements including notes, in line with local GAAP and IFRS.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the annual statutory audits – ensure internal and external deadlines are met, ensure compliance with local laws.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular internal financial reviews and provide support for external audits.</li>\n <li>Responsible for tax returns and tax provisions (in cooperation with external advisor) – ensure deadlines are met and compliance with local laws.</li>\n <li>Monthly closing activities and ensuring accuracy of accounting records.</li>\n <li>Monitoring balance sheet reconciliations and compliance trends.</li>\n <li>Cooperation with internal accounting teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Collaborate with Corporate treasury on cash flow and lending activities</p>\n<p><strong>We offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Guaranteed annual bonus 50% from monthly base salary</li>\n <li>Annual corporate bonus paid based on the company's results</li>\n <li>Benefit Plus (Cafeteria) credit up to 480 € per year</li>\n <li>Financial contribution in the amount of 8.85€ (employee contribution 1.85€)</li>\n <li>Travel allowance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Contribution to the third pillar of the pension plan up to 3% of the gross salary</li>\n <li>Sick leave contribution</li>\n <li>Regular annual salary review</li>\n <li>Financial reward for reffering a&nbsp;new employee</li>\n <li>Extra days off – Bridge days</li>\n <li>Sick days</li>\n <li>Volunteering day off</li>\n <li>MultiSport card</li>\n <li>Fitness and Relax zone in company premises</li>\n <li>Individual education and employee development plan</li>\n <li>Teambuilding and company’s events</li>\n <li>Mental health support program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>University degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or Economics.</li>\n <li>At least 10 years of experience in the finance field, including a minimum of 5 years in statutory accounting or audit, with responsibility for preparing statutory financial statements.</li>\n <li>Experience in coordinating statutory audits with external auditors is an advantage.</li>\n <li>Experience in a multinational corporation or shared services environment is preferred.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP standards.</li>\n <li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken); German language is an advantage.</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>",
