Join our team and work in a challenging and exciting industry. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We know we can't operate efficiently without skilled electrician expertise, we will treat you fairly with competitive pay and benefits.  Rate is $39.48 an hour with a 12-hour 2-2-3  2-2-3 rotating work schedule.  This is a night position 6p-6a. Uniforms, prescription safety glasses and boots are provided.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Real Alloy offers a RETENTION BONUS:  </strong></p>\n<p><strong>$300 at 90 days</strong></p>\n<p><strong>$1,000 at 9 months</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You are also eligible for quarterly perfect attendance bonus.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all electrical related duties including new installations and panel wiring. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work from elevated levels, operate equipment, and hand and power tools.</li>\n <li>Read and understand pertinent electrical meters and other diagnostic tools. </li>\n <li>Provide hands-on troubleshooting and repair of the electrical components for all equipment with as minimal of downtime as possible.</li>\n <li>Working with 480VAC 3PH circuits and equipment.Working with ABB Robots.</li>\n <li>Perform electrical preventive maintenance on all equipment as required.</li>\n <li>Ensure all safeguards of equipment are installed as needed to conform to governmental regulations.</li>\n <li>Maintain safe and environmentally sound behavior and ensure that proper work procedures and practices are followed.</li>\n <li>Comply with all safety standards and regulations driven by our SAFE culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> This is a job summary - full job description given upon mutual interest</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience with industrial electrical applications and or education and experience combined is required.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Completion of a trade school or training program is a plus.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in an industrial environment strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Realiability of attendance.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.</li>\n <li>Must have working knowledge and comprehension of state, and federal safety regulations as well as the local, state, and federal electrical code standards.</li>\n <li>Must have experience working with 3 phase motors and controls (480VAC).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2> </h2>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
