Safety-first, team-driven environment Career growth, steady hours, and hands-on challenges awaitApply today – make your mark in manufacturing!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on rubber processing equipment such as extruders, mixers, and molding machines.</li>\n <li>Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule to minimize unplanned downtime.</li>\n <li>Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to support continuous production.</li>\n <li>Read and interpret mechanical diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.</li>\n <li>Document all maintenance activities in logs or digital maintenance systems.</li>\n <li>Assist in the installation and startup of new equipment or modifications to existing systems.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with production, safety, and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.</li>\n <li>Comply with safety regulations including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and proper use of tools and PPE.</li>\n <li>Maintain an organized and safe work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.</li>\n <li>4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; rubber or plastics industry experience is a plus.</li>\n <li>Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Proficient with hand and power tools; welding or fabrication experience is beneficial.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.</li>\n <li>Comfortable with physical work, including lifting to 50 lbs. and working in industrial conditions (heat, noise, standing for long periods).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Forklift or man-lift certification.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Website</h2>\n<p>Griswold Products - Griswold Products</p>\n<h2>Company Profile</h2>\n<p>In the Spring of 2023, Griswold Products was created when Mechanical Rubber acquired the GriswoldTM engineered rubber product line, adding a new chapter to the story of a well-respected, leading manufacturer in the rubber industry.
