We source and roast all our coffees and we are dedicated to our purpose of providing the Better Buzz experience by fueling each day with exceptional coffee and food in an inspiring environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Barista:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver the Better Buzz experience, fast and friendly service, with a community approach to coffee.</li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation, food items, and products.</li>\n <li>Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.</li>\n <li>Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year experience in fast paced food service/hospitality preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Drive-Thru experience is preferred.</li>\n <li>Guest service focused, solution oriented, collaborative, and value team work.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.</li>\n <li>Must be available to work 25 hours per week including weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest days.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Better Buzz Coffee Company, we value all our team members and strive to create a work environment that is fun, enjoyable, and personally fulfilling.
