In this role, you will lead small to mid-size structured cabling projects, managing teams of up to eight technicians and ensuring high-quality installation of voice, data, and fiber optic systems. Responsibilities include installing, terminating, testing, and labeling CAT6/CAT6A and fiber cabling, as well as supporting access control, CCTV, and audiovisual systems. You will also interpret blueprints, install network infrastructure (racks, patch panels, MDF/IDF), and maintain a strong commitment to jobsite safety while working at heights. #miller #LI-JJ1</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead small to mid-size projects consisting of teams up to 8 technicians </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT6/CAT6A cable </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Pull, terminate, dress, and label Fiber Optic cabling </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Test installed cable (Fluke or similar testers) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Punch down voice and data jacks </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints/system layouts </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Install/support access control, CCTV, audio visual, and fiber optic systems </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years field commercial/industrial low voltage (Voice & Data) experience </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years field experience with structured cabling </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years field experience in telecom/data networks </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to travel to job sites and work different shifts as needed </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Benefits are provided through the IBEW</p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
