You’ll support the delivery of digital learning activities, onboard-style programs, coaching-based learning, learner follow-up, training operations and reporting.\n This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to learning operations, stakeholder coordination, digital platforms, learning design and commercial capability building in a medical device, corporate and international environment.\n What you’ll do :\n Set up and manage digital learning activities in our learning platforms — including course creation, content uploads, learner enrolment, cohort management and completion tracking.\n Support the design and build of commercial enablement courses and AI-enabled coaching experiences that help sales teams practice and reinforce key skills.\n Coordinate training communications across the full campaign lifecycle, from launch emails and team announcements through to reminders and follow-ups.\n Organise live and virtual learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations, agendas and logistical coordination.\n Monitor learner progress, identify gaps",
