    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Solutions Engineer</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>At OPEX, we are seeking a highly skilled and accountable Solutions Engineer to oversee all engineering and technical disciplines for our projects involving Sure Sort, Perfect Pick, and Infinity systems. The ideal candidate will manage project requirements from conception to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with our innovative warehouse automation solutions.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design Warehouse Automation solutions based on customer data, layout, process flow and software requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop Scope of Work, Description of Operation and other technical documentation supporting project design, development, and execution of projects.</li>\n <li>Support Sales and Business Development with solution building and analysis required for pre-sale proposal process, including but not limited to data analysis, AutoCAD layouts, simulations, and design documents.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects with Project Management and Planning teams.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.</li>\n <li>Interact daily with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing technical support and representation.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Sales, Product, Installation and Commissioning teams for smooth delivery of projects.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate effectively and proactively with Product Management team to provide inputs on new solution offerings based on customer needs and opportunities for improvement.</li>\n <li>Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions as needed.</li>\n <li>Support current install-base customers with technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and new feature requests.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering</li>\n <li>3-5 years of professional Project Engineering or Solution Development work experience in the field of Warehouse Automation, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, and or Material Handling</li>\n <li>Experience working with WCS/WES software with strong automation integration and process design experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficiency in designing machine and automation equipment layouts in AutoCAD.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong decision-making ability with ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional time management and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Advanced skills in MS Office applications.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel up to 25%</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.</li>\n <li>Excellent project management skills.</li>\n <li>Experience with simulation tools.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>OPEX Corporation is a recognized global technology leader in high-speed mailroom automation, document imaging, and warehouse automation.&nbsp; Since 1973, OPEX systems have provided performance enhancing workflow solutions and cost-effective results to thousands of organizations around the world.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>From its humble beginnings in a leased warehouse in southern New Jersey, OPEX’s global workforce now has over&nbsp;1,500 employees.&nbsp; OPEX features more than 700,000&nbsp;square feet of engineering, manufacturing, warehouse, product assembly and office space.&nbsp; OPEX offices are located in Moorestown, NJ and Plano, TX as well as the U.K., France, Germany and Australia.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
