The Team Lead is responsible for support team members on the set up, changeover, and operation of equipment<span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">. The </span>ideal candidate will have prior <span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36)\">experience in cold stamping</span>, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
