      "content": "\n<li>Perform and document cooler audits</li>\n<li>Perform and document inbound receiving and outbound shipping inspections</li>\n<li>Perform gel pack audits. Assure that target weights are met, and they have the proper seals</li>\n<li>Monitor compliance to sanitation and GMP requirements for all team members</li>\n<li>Monitor and document room temperatures throughout the facility as assigned by management</li>\n<li>Monitor and document temperatures of meals</li>\n<li>Responsible for general cleaning tasks as needed and assigned by the Quality &amp; Food Safety Manager</li>\n<li>Ability to accurately complete all required documentation</li>\n<li>Has the authority to stop the line from running if the process is causing a food safety concern</li>\n<li>Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness of facility</li>\n<li>Other miscellaneous duties as requested by the Quality Assurance Manager</li>\n"
